Stainless steel exteriors are fully insulated for cooler outer temperatures and efficiency. 300°F - 650°F with independent, operator controlled top and bottom heat dampers. Doors are fully insulated and spring balanced. 8 inch deck heights for pizza, with 1-1/2 inch thick hearth stone decks (metal decks also available). Standard with a flue, direct vent also available.
