Southbend countertop griddles featuring stainless steel construction and available 18-72 inches wide with thermostatic or manual controls. Griddle plates have one 30K BTU burner every 12 inches on thermostatic models and one 20K BTU burner every 12 inches on manual models. 1 inch thick polished steel griddle plate with side splash guards and grease drawer. Stainless steel front, vent and sides, rear and bottom panels are aluminized steel. Exclusive "NO COLD" Zone provides uniform heat distribution across the entire surface. Electronic spark ignition (battery).
