Platinum charbroiler ranges by Southbend with cast iron grates and radiants. Full 48 inch charbroiler with option for no oven, standard oven, or convection oven. Also available as a modular unit (no base) for mounting on other bases or equipment. 1-1/4 inch front manifold. Base models have 6 inch adjustable legs. Stainless front and sides. A 5 inch flue riser is standard (pictured with a 24 inch flue riser). The flue riser can be extended to 24 or 36 inches.

Charbroiler features removable cast iron grates with adjustable front-to-back slope that can flip over for either 1/8 or 1/4 inch grid width.
