Standard ovens are 35,000 BTU adjustable 250-550 degrees (F). U-shaped heavy duty burner and large 26 x 26-1/2 inch deep enameled interior. 2-position rack guides with one removable rack.
Convection ovens have a 1/2 hp, 1725 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V high efficiency, permanent split phase motor. On/Off switch allows operation as a standard oven. 5 position rack guides with two removable racks.
Cabinet base features an aluminized cabinet with optional removable doors that open from the center (no oven on these models).
