Combination gas control incorporates a manual gas valve, pilot safety and pressure regulator. Pressure for natural gas is 3.5" water column. Decks are 1-1/2" thick ceramic, supported by 1/4" angle iron frame. Legs are 7 gauge hot rolled steel and are painted with a bakertone gray paint. Ovens can be stacked two high (see below).
