The Spaceman 6235H Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine is a mid-capacity twin twist machine that has two refrigerated 12.7 quart hoppers for 2 flavors and a twist of soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, ice cream, custards or sorbets. This gravity feed, countertop soft serve machine is a premium machine for mid to high capacity businesses- it recovers quickly with patented freezing technology and can produce up to 48 quarts per hour, or approximately 380 small cones every hour. Dual controls allow the operator to independently manage settings for two different flavors, plus swirl in the middle. The hopper agitator will stir product throughout the day, saving operator time and ensuring the hopper maintains an even cool. The user-friendly digital control board allows the operator to change flavors, monitor servings, or adjust settings as needed. A convenient low mix indicator light alerts the operator to add mix when running low, preventing any down time.
