Gas Visvardis gyro machines (aka vertical broilers or shawarma machines). The Visvardis are made in Greece and are possibly the nicest gyro machines available. They feature stainless steel construction with rounded edges for easy cleaning. Removable grease tray and burner protection net. Bottom mounted motor runs on 120V. Front control panel for ease of use. Comes fitted for natural gas. Can be converted to propane. Rear heating elements are movable, allowing the burners to be at optimum distance from the meat without moving the spit.
