Features a stainless steel front infeed chute and discharge with rollers that sheet dough up to 17” (432 mm) in diameter to a uniform thickness in seconds with a single pass. Pizza and pie shells are made easily with this compact, counter top design that is simple to use. Simply drop a floured dough ball at the top and pick the sheeted dough piece at the bottom. One operator can make up 250 pieces per hour. Simple, fast and economical. The DL18 series features large diameter rollers and a Quick Change Index System to quickly change the gap between the dough rollers. Ideal for pizza, pie crusts, tortillas, calzones, focaccia roti, pita bread, flat bread and more.

I got this dough sheeter not because I am a professional with tons of dough to sheet, but because I am an avid baker who now has a bad neck. Rolling dough by hand is almost always out of the question for me. This sheeter is so easy to use that I didn't even read the instructions. The only dough that didn't go thru with ease was an almond cookie dough that was too short (dry) and it broke into pieces. Bread, cookies, pie, etc. dough is now back within the realm of my abilities. If you love to bake but have trouble rolling dough, get this appliance.
