Black Diamond's standard series gas countertop griddles, the BDECTG models. These griddles are constructed of stainless steel in several sizes. The front and sides are fully welded and able to withstand the toughest of kitchen environments. Each burner puts out 30,000 BTU/hour with one burner for every 12" of griddle width. The cooking surface is made up of 5/8" thick steel. This Griddle has a 3" wide grease trough for easy clean up and comes standard with 4-5" adjustable legs, separate gas valves for each burner with standing pilot lights. Natural gas setup can be converted to LP gas. 1 year warranty on parts and labor. ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation.
