Weston's Fruit & Wine Press features a cast-iron ratchet system and wooden cage to crush grape for wine, apples or other fruit for ciders. This wine press was featured on Food Network’s Chef vs. City and the TODAY Show. The 18 quart cage is 14.5" tall by 12.25" wide and has a spout on the bottom to pour juice. A full pressing yields approximately 3 gallons of juice. The unit can be bolted down.
