Since 1935, Italy's first pasta machine has been known for quality the world over. Great Italian Chefs such as Guiliano Bugiali recognize the technical skills embodied in the Imperia pasta machine. Features a 6 inch wide roller and includes double cutter for tagliatelle or fettuccini. Additional attachments available for Angel Hair, Spaghetti, Trenette, Lasagnette and even Ravioli. Made in Italy.
I was on the fence on whether to spend so much on a pasta machine, but it turned out to be a great investment! The Imperia was so highly recommended and it is much cheaper than the KitchenAid pasta maker parts I was considering. This is a heavy duty, sturdy machine, and it only took me less than an hour to make and cook my first batch of spaghetti! The instructions are in several different languages and a little hard to read, but the machine was so simple to use, I managed just find with just a few pointers on controlling the width of the pasta and adding more flour when the dough was too sticky. So happy I got the Imperia!
