Oversized and balanced (134A), environmentally friendly, refrigeration system, with airflow directed at pans to hold 33¦F to 41¦F temperature. All stainless steel front, top and sides. Interior-white anodized aluminum sides and top, coved corners and stainless steel floor. Stainless steel patented foam insulated cover keeps pans colder to lock in freshness.
Foamed-in-place high density polyurethane insulation (CFC Free). Front breathing. Adjustable vinyl coated wire shelves (not available in drawered models). Door models accommodate optional half bun tray rack. Rack will accommodate 18" x 26" sheet pans (not included). TPP-44 accommodates only Cambro 12" x 18" (3-1/2" or 6" deep) Food Storage Boxes (not included). Extra-deep 19 1/2" full length removable cutting board included. Pans not included.
