The Southbend six burner commercial oven range features (6) cast iron, non-clogging, open burners and can be ordered with a standard 32,000 BTU oven with thermostat range of 150F to 500F, a convection oven, or no oven (with a cabinet in its place). Ovens feature a porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14" high x 26" wide x 26.5" deep. Two position rack guides with one removable rack. Exterior Finish: Stainless steel front and shelf standard with galvanized sides. Removable flush top grates on the range top. Center-to-center measurements between burners not less than 12", side-to-side or front-to-back. Removable one piece drip tray provided under burners. Interior cavity sides, top and back made of aluminized steel. Large 26" wide x 26 1/2" deep oven - full sheet pans fit both ways. On oven models, oven bottom and door lining have porcelain enamel finish. Four sides and top of oven insulated with heavy, self-supporting block type rock wool with oven baffle assembly constructed of Aluma-Ti steel. Single-piece drip tray under burners and heat resistant door handle. Comes with 6 inch legs standard. Factory installed pressure regulator. Shown with optional casters (wheels). Quick disconnect recommended with casters. Optional mobility kit includes casters and quick disconnect.
This 36 inch range is a workhorse - stainless steel construction with 6 burners with cast-iron grates. The burners in the back are larger to accommodate larger pots and pans. The oven is large enough to fit a standard bun-pan, front to back or side-to-side. The high BTU burners and oven also have excellent heat control and distribution, so your cooking and baking comes out just right.
