Sizzle 'N Chill Series Char-Broiler. 36" broiler with (6) 20,000 BTU burners for maximum heat distribution. Reversible cast iron grates with 2-drawer self-contained refrigerated base. Stainless front, landing ledge, sides and stub back. 120,000 BTU with 1/5 HP compressor. Maintains 360-400F interior drawer temperature even when ambient room temperature is 1000F. Easy to read, front mounted digital thermometer. Drawer dividers (included) accommodate various pan-size configurations. Each drawer to have a center pull handle that is flush with the drawer face. Oversized drawer guides with heavy duty stainless steel bearings in a double skate design to be capable of withstanding 275 lbs. One year parts and labor warranty.
