How Does Our Super Saver Free Shipping Program Work?
Products listed as "SHIPS FREE WITH ORDERS > $100.00 are eligible for the Super Saver Free Shipping Program and are shipped for free if your order exceeds $100. So if your order exceeds $100.00, you will only be charged for shipping fees on the ineligible item(s). The program applies only to orders with over $100.00 of eligible products to a single address, excluding handling charges, shipping upgrades and taxes. Free Shipping is available only to U.S. addresses in the contiguous 48 States.

Truck or FedEx/UPS?
Most of our products can ship via FedEx or UPS, while some of our larger pieces of equipment must ship via truck. Pieces of equipment that must ship via truck are identified on our site with a truck symbol.

Liftgate Info:
If your order requires shipment via common carrier (truck), you will have the option to choose liftgate service. If you choose this service, a fee of $50 will be applied to your order. You should select liftgate service if your facility does not have a loading dock or other means of unloading large pieces of equipment. Most carriers prevent their drivers from assisting with the unloading of heavy equipment other than to lower the delivery via the liftgate to ground level.

Residential or Commercial Address?
If your item ships via truck (pieces of equipment that must ship via truck are identified on our site with a truck symbol), you will be asked to select delivery to a residential or a commercial address. Commercial addresses are those defined by the corresponding carrier as commercial sites. Typically these addresses are zoned as commercial real estate. To qualify for the commercial rate, the address must have tractor trailer access with a loading dock suitable for unloading with a pallet jack or fork lift. Businesses being operated from homes, apartments, or other dwellings where people live on the premises are not considered commercial addresses.
If you select a commercial address, you must include the company name when entering your information. If you check out with a commercial shipping option and list a home address for delivery, your order will be placed on hold and one of our representatives will contact you for payment of the incremental residential delivery charges or to get the correct business address for delivery.

Express Delivery:
Express delivery methods are available for items that do not require a truck (larger pieces of equipment that require a truck are identified on our site with a truck symbol). When selecting express delivery methods, please allow adequate lead time for us to process the order (orders for in-stock items placed before 1PM EST will normally ship the same day. Orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the following business day). Please also note that FedEx and UPS normally do not deliver on weekends.

How long should it take to deliver my package?
Most orders arrive within 10 business days depending on the shipment method selected. Orders for furniture or large equipment may take longer. If you need expedited delivery, please contact us via phone to ensure that we can meet your delivery schedule.

How long will it take for Furniture items?
Furniture items usually have a longer lead time before shipment. Depending on the type of furniture, your order may take up to six weeks to arrive. Extended lead times are usually listed with each product, however in some cases, due to heavy or seasonal order volume, the listed lead time may not be accurate. If the lead time is going to exceed the listed lead time, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
