Truck or FedEx/UPS?
Most of our products can ship via FedEx or UPS.
Although we use UPS to calculate our shipping quotes, some of our larger pieces of equipment must ship via truck.
Pieces of equipment that must ship via truck are identified on our site with a truck symbol. If your order does not require a truck, please
select a delivery method. If your order includes
an item that is too large to ship via FedEx or UPS, please select ground with the understanding that we will
arrange an efficient carrier to deliver your equipment.
Express Delivery
Express delivery methods are available for items that do not require a truck (larger pieces of equipment that require
a truck are identified on our site with a truck symbol). When selecting express delivery methods, please allow adequate lead time for us
to process the order (orders for in-stock items placed before 1PM EST will normally ship the same day. Orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed
the following business day). Please also note that FedEx and UPS normally do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Receipt Procedure
Upon delivery of your order, please do the following while the delivery driver is still present:
- Before signing the freight bill, please open and inspect your order to check for signs of damage, shortage or abuse.
- If you discover any damages or shortages in your order, please note this on the freight bill at the time of delivery. If the driver refuses to stay while you inspect your order, please note this on the freight bill near your signature. It is the customer's right to refuse any shipment that shows obvious signs of damage or shortage at the time of delivery.
All damages and/or shortages must be reported to AbestKitchen.com no later than two days after the receipt of your shipment. AbestKitchen.com is not responsible for any damages or shortages if the shipment is accepted with signature as complete and undamaged.
