Shipping
We always do our best to provide fast and pleasant service for our customers. We are usually able to ship orders within one business day. Occasionally, shipments are delayed due to product availability. In the event of a delay with your shipment, we will inform you of its status right away.
We choose the most efficient shipping method for each order. Most orders ship via UPS ground. Large items ship via truck. Orders normally arrive within 3-10 business days. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and are based on Continental U.S. rates. Occasionally, additional shipping charges may apply to some locations. In this event, you will be notified for approval before your order is shipped. Free shipping specials are only offered within the 48 contiguous states.
Upon delivery of your order, please do the following while the delivery driver is still present:
- Before signing the freight bill, please open and inspect your order to check for signs of damage, shortage or abuse.
- If you discover any damages or shortages in your order, please note this on the freight bill at the time of delivery. If the driver refuses to stay while you inspect your order, please note this on the freight bill near your signature. It is the customer's right to refuse any shipment that shows obvious signs of damage or shortage at the time of delivery.
All damages and/or shortages must be reported to AbestKitchen.com no later than two days after the receipt of your shipment. AbestKitchen.com is not responsible for any damages or shortages if the shipment is accepted with signature as complete and undamaged.

Order Tracking
Most of our products ship from our building via UPS. We provide tracking numbers for these shipments in the form of an email. Some products ship via truck; we cannot always provide tracking numbers for these products.
For inquiries about specific orders you have already placed, you can fill out the

Returns
We do our best to offer you high quality products at great prices. All products are guaranteed to be as advertised and depicted on the website, to be free from defects, and to perform the function they are designed for. We are confident the quality of our products will meet, if not exceed your expectations.
Should you need to return an item, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order. To arrange a return, call us at 330-535-2811 or
email-us. Please provide your name and reference number.
All shipping and insurance costs of the original order, the returned item(s), and any exchanged item(s) may be the responsibility of the customer. Special order and large equipment items may be subject to a restocking fee. These costs and fees apply unless the item is damaged or defective, or you received the item in error.
We cannot issue a refund for the return of certain items, including the following:
- Any item that has been used.
- Any item that is not in its original condition.
- Any item that is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
- Any custom ordered item.
- Any item returned without contacting a customer service representative.
