Shipping
We always do our best to provide fast and pleasant service for our customers. We are usually able to ship orders within one business day. Occasionally, shipments are delayed due to product availability. In the event of a delay with your shipment, we will inform you of its status right away.
We choose the most efficient shippimg method for each order. Most orders ship via UPS ground. Large items ship via truck. Orders normally arrive within 3-10 business days. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and are based on Continental U.S. rates. Occasionally, additional shipping charges may apply to some locations. In this event, you will be notified for approval before your order is shipped.
Order Tracking
Most of our products ship from our building via UPS. We provide tracking numbers for these shipments in the form of an email. Some products ship via truck; we cannot always provide tracking numbers for these products.
For inquiries about specific orders you have already placed, you can fill out the Order Inquiries Form.
Returns
We do our best to offer you high quality products at great prices. We guarantee you will be satisfied with our products and service; if for any reason you are not, we will refund your money. All items are covered against faulty design and damage during shipping.
Should you need to return an item, please notify us within 2 weeks of receipt of your order. It must be returned to us within 30 days. To arrange return, call us at 330-535-2811 or email-us. Please provide your name, order number, and a pick-up address.
Some special order items will be charged a 25% stocking fee if the item is returned for reasons other than faulty design or damage during shipping.
