Southbend's 60" commercial oven range S60DD with raised 64,000 BTU griddle includes a drip-tray under burners, a heat resistant door handle and flame safety device. Smooth polished griddle is a hot-rolled Blanchard ground steel plate with high raised sides, 1/2" thick x 29-1/4" wide x 24-3/4" deep, with four 16,000 BTU burners. Raised broiler with pull-out rack. Porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14" high x 26" wide x 26-1/2" deep. Oven contains two position rack guides with one removal rack. Thermostat range adjustable for 250F ñ 500F. Natural gas. Factory installed pressure regulator. Stainless steel front and shelf with galvanized sides. Includes 6" adjustable legs. One-year warranty on parts and labor.
