Induction ready sauce pans are made of 18-10 stainless steel for heavy-duty use. Extra-heavy 3-ply bottom consisting of two layers of stainless steel surrounding a 1/4 inch thick aluminum core results in added strength and allows for superior heat distribution. Can be used with induction cookers. These pans are attractive, versatile and sturdy. Commercial quality- not to be confused with pans you might find at a department store.
