| I give this product my highest rating. It is incredibly versatile, thin/lightweight, but extremely dense/strong. Stands up to all types of cutting, e.g., knives, pizza cutters, and high-temperature/contact with my home oven pizza stone @ 500 + degrees with no burn marks. Smooth surface washes beautifully. | ||||
