Also great for pies, layered cakes, tarts, and other sweets. Fron opening style; tough burgundy nylon outer cover with heat reflective, no-stain lining. 1-1/2" thick molded polystyrene foam inslation. Includes easy-carry nylon web strap, durable Velcro closure and steam vents. Rack with three 2-1/4" shelves provides needed separation for artistic creations.
