Pitco Fryolator 24FFSS features 150 lb fat/oil capacity and cooks 90 pounds of chicken per hour, frying area is 24" x 24" x 4-1/4". 34FFSS features 210 lb fat/oil capacity, frying area is 24" x 34" x 4-1/4". Designed specifically to product crisp, tasty specialty foods like fried chicken in a high production, compact unit. Pitco high volume, fish & food fryers features a unique food grid, in place of baskets or screens, to prevent batter from sticking and pulling away from the food. There is a large cool zone for better frying. Traps particles and crumbs, prevents a major cause of fat breakdown and eliminates taste transfer. Featuring high quality, these fryers have a welded tank with a super smooth machine peened finish to ensure easy cleaning. Long lasting, high temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles are mounted in the heat exchanger tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. Two nickel plated wire mesh doughnut screens with handle. Hinged, wire mesh submerger screen with safety grip handle. Electric thermostat. Indicating lights. On/Off/Start switch. 6" (15.24 cm) legs, adjustable. Drainboard (used as cover). Drain extension. Drain line clean-out rod. Donut turner sticks. Cabinet - Stainless steel front and door, galvanized sides and back. Stainless steel tank. Standing pilot light design provides a ready flame when heat is required. Easily adjustable drainboard cover for desired drainage angle. Folds over as a cover when fryer is not in use.
