Ordering Online
Ordering our commercial quality supplies is easy and secure. Our online ordering system enables you to quickly place orders 24 hours every day, and you can feel safe knowing that your personal information will be kept confidential. We use a secure server, we do not use your information in any way other than to fullfill your order, and we do not archive your data on our system.
Ordering by Phone

Shipping
We always do our best to provide fast and pleasant service for our customers. We are usually able to ship orders within one business day. Occasionally, shipments are delayed due to product availability. In the event of a delay with your shipment, we will inform you of its status right away.
We choose the most efficient shipping method for each order. Most orders ship via UPS ground. Large items ship via truck. Orders normally arrive within 3-10 business days. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and are based on Continental U.S. rates. Occasionally, additional shipping charges may apply to some locations. In this event, you will be notified for approval before your order is shipped.
In-stock orders that are placed before 1PM EST M-F are normally shipped on the same day. Most orders placed after 1PM EST are shipped the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following business day. Larger equipment and special order items may require additional time to process and ship.
Order Tracking
Most of our products ship from our building via FedEx. We provide tracking numbers for these shipments in the form of an email. Some products ship via truck; for most truck shipments you will receive an email with tracking info; we cannot always provide tracking numbers for products that ship via truck.
