All bakers have flat ring heating elements mounted behind and in contact with the heating surface for uniform temperature and uniform cone color. The temperature pre-heats in 12 minutes controlled by a pre-set thermostat. A dial operated, 5 minute timer with bell signals when the waffle is done. Non-skid neoprene feet with solid stainless steel construction helps assure easy cleanup, durability and a gleaming appearance. Grids measure 7" in diameter.
