Standard planetary mixing action - agitator moves clockwise and shaft moves counterclockwise to reach every part of the bowl. This mixes all the ingredients thoroughly and ther is no need to rotate the bowl. Quick release safety guard/splash guard ensures safe operation. 4 rubber pads stabilize mixer. 3 speed steel gear driven transmission. Overload reset button. Strong cast aluminum base and column. NSF approved for commercial use. 110V. Digital timer: one minute increments allow for precision mixing and tone when batch is finished. 3 speed steel gear driven transmission and 1/4 horsepower motor; heavy-duty and high torque, designed for strength and durability even with heavy loads. Includes spiral dough hook, mixing beater, and whip attachment.
