Stackable ovens to double the capcity in the same footprint. Solid state temperature controller allows temperature to be regulated between 100 and 450 degrees fahrenheit. Two speed fan - high speed runs at 1650 RPM and low speed runs at 1150 RPM. Cool down mode allows oven to cool faster. High limit safety eliminates the potential for runaway controls.

Removable heating elements are easy to service. Fast cooking recovery: unit can operate as high as 50 PSI or 298 degrees F. Solid state temperature controller enables operator to accurately adjust kettle temperature between 90 and 298 degrees F to provide increased flexibility of application. Additional standard features include a standard type 316 stainless steel liner, pressure gauge, safety valve, low water cut-off and low water indicator light. Kettles are filled with a mixture of water and glycol (anti-freeze) from the factory.
