Gas chicken charbroiler from Imperial Range measures 48" wide x 27" deep with round steel rod grates for heavy searing of chicken and poultry products. Features radiant "H" burners with stainless steel front and sides.

Heavy duty floor model broiler with cast iron grates. Volcanic char-rock broiler is excellent for high volume steak houses. Features cast-iron "H" style burners with a three position, heavy duty cast iron grate. The slant design allows excess fat to flow to the front stainless steel grease trough minimizing flare-up.

Gas fired infra-red burner provides instant, even heating. Features an adjustable, spring balanced 4 position pull-out rack and full width drip pan. Stainless steel front and sides. Mounts over 24" and 36" Imperial Restaurant Ranges and can also be wall or counter mounted.

The Imperial Tempura Wok Range is a gas range designed for tempura, stir-fry and steamed oriental cooking. The three-ring burner with two adjustable gas valves provides 90,000 BTU/hr. for high performance cooking. Ideal for catering and exhibition cooking.

The Imperial Mandarin Wok Range is a gas wok-style range with a 13 inch slanted wok opening for 14" wok pans. Stainless steel front, sides and cabinet. The 125,000 BTU/hr. output provides the cone-shaped intense heat to sear in authentic flavors perfect for Manadarin menu items.

The Imperial Elite Gas 36 Inch Teppan-Yaki Griddle is a 30,000 BTU griddle with a 36 inch wide grill area, a thick highly polished steel griddle plate and stainless steel front and sides. The 3/4" griddle plate is ideal for a wide variety of cooking requirements and the 24" depth plate provides maximum cooking surface for peak cooking times. Ideal for the Japanese steakhouse, the round burner is strategically located to provide a hot spot on the griddle surface, and the center of the griddle plate is designed to be the hottest area. The temperature gradually decreases toward the griddle edges - ideal for preparing vegetables and noodles.
