Precise thickness adjustment slices tissue thin to 1-1/4" thick. Permanently mounted knife sharpener. 15 year limited warranty on drive gears combined with a two-year parts and one-year labor warranty. Two speed chute drive 40 and 60 strokes per minute. Separate knife and food chute motors. Heavy duty permanently lubricated chain and sprocket driven chute. Quickly disconnects for manual operation. Touch pad controls.
