When will my order ship?
In-stock orders that are placed before 1PM EST M-F are normally shipped on the same day. Most orders placed after 1PM EST are shipped the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following business day. Larger equipment and special order items may require additional time to process and ship.

Do I have a guarantee?
All items carry a 30 day money back guarantee that covers defects in workmanship, plus the warranty offered by the product manufacturer. We stand by our products.

Can I Track My Shipments?
Use the Order Status system. For most orders, you will also receive an email with tracking info when it ships. For special order items, you will receive an email with special shipment info.

Why Can't I Track My Order?
If you ordered a John Boos table, please note that these are made to order and require 3-6 weeks before shipping. If your order ships via truck, you will receive an email with special tracking information when it ships. Several other special order items ship directly from the manufacturer - you will receive an email update regarding these shipments.

Do we ship internationally?
In most cases, yes. Additional charges may apply. You will be quoted a shipping rate before your order is sent.

Do we ship to residential homes?
Yes we do. There is no minimum order.

Can I get a tracking number for my order?
In most cases, yes. We send one via email and you can track the order from We do not always provide tracking numbers for orders that ship via truck or special orders we ship direct from a manufacturer. For most orders that ship via Truck, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Do we provide equipment leasing?
We work with lease financing companies to provide leased equipment. See Equipment Leasing for more info.

What's up with your prices?
Our prices are everyday very low prices. You will notice we usually have only a few items 'on sale'. That is because we try to offer our lowest price on every item every day. If you see something lower elsewhere, we will try to match the price (manufacturer and model numbers must be identical). It's not likely you will find someone beating our prices.

How do we ship products?
We reserve the right to choose the most efficient method. Most orders ship FedEx ground and will arrive within a week.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, gift wrapping is available for all products in our gift section. To see if it is available for an item not in the gift section, email us (No, we do not gift wrap beer dispensers :).

What if my order is damaged during shipping?
Upon delivery, please do not sign for damaged items. For damaged FedEx and UPS deliveries, the package should be refused and the customer should contact customer service immediately. For freight shipments, major damages should be refused, and superficial damages should be noted on packing slip BEFORE SIGNING. Contact customer service immediately to report damages. All shipments leave our warehouse in good condition, and it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the order for any shipping damages BEFORE SIGNING. If a package is signed for as in good condition, can not be responsible for any damages.

Can I return an item I ordered?
Yes. Prior authorization must be obtained to return equipment. Equipment returns for credit must be in the original case, undamaged and shipped pre-paid. Restocking charges apply to some heavy equipment. Please see Returns for further information.
