Rapidly slices or grates vegetables, fruits or cheese quickly and efficiently. Foods that need to be grated or sliced are inserted in the feeder and, after placing an empty container below the unit, it requires only a turn of the handle applying light pressure on the pusher. Very simple to use. Includes one grating plate (1/8" thick) and one slicing plate (1/8" thick). Plates remove for easy cleaning. Great for slicing mushrooms or cucumbers, grating carrots, and grating cheese in total security. Feet have suction cups for temporary use or fixed support for permanent use. This professional grater and slicer is 15" x 17" x 8" unfolded, and 16" x 18" x 10-1/4" unfolded. 7 lbs.
