The PIZ series is priced a little higher then traditional deck ovens but it makes up the difference in increased production, better performance, energy and labor savings. Compact space saving unit preheats in 15 to 20 minutes. Features heavy duty doors with full view thermos glass. Large baking capacity (3 39 3/4" x 25" baking decks). Ultra fast baking compared to traditional deck ovens. Bake directly on the nickel coated perforated decks or in a pan. Unit is tainless steel inside and outside with a 3/4 HP motor. Manufacturers one year parts and labor limited warranty. Optional stand is stainless steel with two shelves and casters. Stand dimensions: 36.25"H x 47"W x 35"D.
