Perfect for pizza and dough machine rolling with a homemade look! Dough processing for pizza and pies is faster, easier and more efficient with the innovative Middleby Marshall SD-21 Dough Roller. All processing and handling operations are in front! Ideal where space is limited. Safety dough chute provides complete operator protection. Thick or thin pizza. The rollers adjust for a wide range of dough thickness and feature calibrated control settings that lock in for product consistency. Two pass operation. Accepts dough pieces up to 36 ounces. All Middleby Marhsall dough rollers meet OSHA requirements and are NSF and UL listed.

A no-frills workhorse. The large capacity dough chute and heavy-duty motor can handle any type of dough. Reduced work height and simplified roller adjustments were engineered with operator in mind. The small footprint and compact design make this model ideal for any kitchen. Safety features include safety dough chute, safety interlock, special guarding...meets OSHA requirements. Adjust dough thickness using levers secured by large ergonomic knobs. Extra wide dough hopper accommodates large dough balls up to 42 ounces and allows the top set of rollers for the second pass to make a thicker dough piece.

For pizza, arabic bread, flour tortillas, pie crusts, and many other doughs. Quick-change handle adjustments, four inch legs for easy cleaning, and lift-off dough slide. The Acme is the original machine with front infeed, front returning of dough, front adjustments, and front outfeed for efficiency and space conservation. One operator can make approximately four to five hundred pieces per hour.
