Cava Wine Cellars are designed and constructed to duplicate the temperature and humidity conditions found in natural cave wine cellars. Aging in an environment of 55-60 degrees farenheit, 60-70 percent humidity, the wines mature and slowly generate favorable aromas and flavors that give wine its complexity. The Cava Wine Cellars are equipped with a highly efficient Forced-Air Digital Cooling System by Breezaire. Beautiful in design and detail, these American Oak Cava Wine Cellars are available in both credenza and upright models. The credenza doubles as a bar or serving buffet. Redwood racking is used, standard rack for credenzas and a stronger trellis rack system (using dowels and pegs) for the upright units. They accomodate most standard bottles.
Backed by a three year limited factory warranty on the cabinet and the Breezaire system, the Cava Wine Cellars combines quality craftsmanship with the latest in wine storage technology. Made in California. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
