This unit does not make potato gnocchi. The claim is that it makes "great Gnocchi". This is absoluterly false. THE DOUGH TO MAKE GREAT GNOCCHI IS TOO SOFT FOR THE MACHINE. THE DOUGH MUST BE VERY STIFF FOR THE MACHINE NOT TO GET STICKY, AND EVEN THEN, THE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK CONSISTENTLY. THE MACHINE MUST BE CLEANED TO TRY AGAIN.
