Freeze CaterCooler overnight or for an eight hour period, and it will keep foods safe and fresh for up to eight hours with no ice maintenance. Designed to slide into a Cateraide PC300N End Loader and PC600N Double End Loader, or place on top of food pans in a PC180N Top Loader. A charged CaterCooler holds food temperature at or below the U.S. government required 40¦F for eight hours. CaterCooler uses our patented Coldmaster« system which eliminates the inconvenience and mess of ice as well as reduces the potential of bacteria. Outer shell made of durable polyethylene; inside filled with non-toxic refrigerant gel.
