| The stand is made out of durable stainless steel with a "bright" finish (i.e. looks chromed) and comes shipped as the top, two identical cones that make up the base and a stainless steel bolt and wing nut. I was amused to see that even the wing nut has the bright finish. To assemble, put the bolt through the pan with the head resting in the dimple. Put one cone on the bolt with the wide base against the pan. Put the second cone on top of the first cone, narrow base touching narrow base, and the screw on the wing nut and tighten it down. If you have it tight enough it should be very sturdy and easily hold even an extra large pizza pan with pizza. Simple, cheap, durable and classy. What more could you ask for? | ||||
