| These are VERY nice air pots. We bought five of them, with a rack to hold them on the countertop. The mechanisms are good quality, but the body of the air pot is what makes it--it's a pretty thick stainless steel, and it keeps the liquid hot a long time. We left some hot coffee in one of the pots overnight, and the next morning (about 18 hours after making it) it still had a little warmth in it. The pots clean easily too. Your customer in a self-serve environment will have no problem with the pump mechanism, which effeciently and smoothly fills a cup in a single pump most of the time. | ||||
