Built for durability in the most extreme environments, features such as a double-pan top and .125" thick aluminum bottom panel make this series the toughest in the industry. The bottom panel is formed with a rolled-edge to act as an attractive bumper, and includes two - 12 gauge steel caster supports which reinforce the foundation by eliminating twisting. Sealed bearing wheels are standard on all Piper Cabinets. Each designed to hold full or half size bun pans, make this unit one of the most desirable in the industry. Standard Cabinets hold 18" x 26" sheet trays. 1-1/2 inch slide with 5 inch spacing. NSF approved. Available in five seperate sizes.
