Fabricated from heavy duty stainless steel, the Allied Metal Bun/Sheet Pan Extender enables the baker to build a higher cake by extending the sides of the underlying sheet pan. Made from two strips of deburred stainless steel and therefore are not "joined" at the corners. This type of construction prevents breakage resulting from weak corners. The stainless steel insures that the extender will not discolor, chip or lose its structural integrity. Available in half size (pictured) or full size.
