Heavy duty straight tube burner heats oven. Lift off cast iron open top burners. Individual top grates for each burner. 5/8 inch thick griddle plate. 3 straight tube burners heat raised griddle. Broiler section for warming, cheese melting and light duty broiling; heated by half inch steel rod radiants. Optional 12î hot tops available. Hot top is heated by heavy duty ìHî burners.
