This open burner range features exceptionally durable, removable, individual cast-iron top grates for long life and easy cleaning. Each burner is 22,000 BTU. Bull-nose stainless steel front extension provides addional safety to employees from burns. High efficiency, energy saving griddle with 13 percent more heat energy.
