an oversized, factory balanced refrigeration system with guided airflow to provide uniform temperatures
includes 2 adjustable, PVC-coated, 23.25"L x 16"D wire shelves
shelves are adjustable on 1/2" increments
one positive seal, self-closing door with 90 degree stay open feature and 12" long, recessed foamed-in-place handle
stainless steel front, top and cabinet ends with matching aluminum finished back
entire structure and door are foamed-in-place using
high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation
uses environmentally friendly (CFC free) 134A refrigerant
maintains -10F temperature, ideal for both frozen foods and ice cream
sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motors and larger fan blades provide a more efficient low velocity, high volume airflow design that insures faster temperature recovery and shorter run times in the busiest of
food service environments
Interior - white anodized aluminum sides and top, coved corners and stainless steel floor
includes 5" diameter stem castors - locks provided on front set
stainless steel backsplash and cabinet top have one piece formed construction so no bacteria or food particles can be trapped underneath, as with other two piece worktop units
