The Southbend Single Deck Convection Oven contains 11 position rack guides and 5 plated oven racks. Covered, porcelain interior and rugged double door with stainless steel door seals and window. Soft Air, two-speed, 1/2 hp fan motor. Electronic ignition, oven "ready" light, and forced cool down fan mode. 140F to 500F solid state thermostat and 60 minute mechanical cook timer. Shown with optional castors. Gas quick disconnect recommended with castors. Optional mobility kit includes castors and quick disconnect.
