The R.F. Hunter Fryer Filtrator is a completely self-contained unit constructed of stainless steel and nickel with a 130 lbs. capacity. Pumps are specially designed to handle high-temperature edible oils. Mobile, compact design.

- 15.5" x 15.5" screen can be used with either a cloth filter for heavy sediment conditions or a paper envelope for light sediment conditions
