Lincoln Impinger Electric Countertop Conveyor Pizza Oven- Electric single deck oven with conveyor is self-contained and stackable. AIR IMPINGEMENT uses hot air under pressure which surrounds food with small jets of hot air. This allows
for rapid heating, cooking, baking and crisping of foods, two to four times faster than conventional ovens, depending on food product cooked. Small enough to fit on most commercial countertops, but large enough to replace a half-sized convection oven or up to five microwave ovens. The conveyor oven is offered in either the 31” standard length or 50” extended model with the options of 208V or 240V. Also available in quiet/slow bake models.

- Customer specific air fingers on top and bottom allow for heat to be adjusted and controlled by zoning.
- Designed for countertop use and must be used with appropriate four-inch legs for proper cooling.
- Temperature is adjustable from 200°F to 550°F.
- Conveyor speed is adjustable from one minute to twenty-four minutes cooking time.
- Conveyor and air distribution fingers are removable through the side-access panels for easy cleaning.
- Crumb pans are located below the conveyor belt outside the baking chamber on the extended conveyor only.
- 31-1/4” deep, 18” high, 35-3/8” wide with standard conveyor, 50” wide with extended conveyor
