Square ravioli stamp, 2-3/4", metal with wooden handle. Makes square ravioli with classic zigzag edge.
To use, roll out a sheet of dough on your work surface. Place teaspoonfuls of filling about an inch apart all the way down the sheet in a row. Top with another sheet of dough, pressing down gently between each lump of filling. Use the ravioli stamp to cut out each ravioli to the perfect uniform size. Dust with flour, and your raviolis are ready to cook!
