I got this dough sheeter not because I am a professional with tons of dough to sheet, but because I am an avid baker who now has a bad neck. Rolling dough by hand is almost always out of the question for me. This sheeter is so easy to use that I didn't even read the instructions. The only dough that didn't go thru with ease was an almond cookie dough that was too short (dry) and it broke into pieces. Bread, cookies, pie, etc. dough is now back within the realm of my abilities. If you love to bake but have trouble rolling dough, get this appliance.
