Doyon's unique design with angled rollers that roll dough in one pass allows you to sheet dough up to 17” in diameter to a uniform thickness in seconds. This space saver model is only 20 1/2" wide. Simply drop a floured dough ball at the top and pick the sheeted dough piece at the bottom. The angle of the rollers eliminates the need to send it through again to make it round. One operator can make up 250 pieces per hour.
