The Crown Verity Outdoor Fryer is portable and self-contained. Runs on LP gas with one 30 lb. cylinder per tank. This fryer contains 3 heat exchanger tubes positioned for easy cleaning, hi-limit shut-off and a combination gas shut-off valve and manual pilot ignition system. Includes a set of twin fry baskets with plastic coated handles for each tank. Holds 35-40 lb. of oil per tank, and each tank will cook between 60-65 lbs. of frozen fries per hour. 90,000 BTU per tank. 200-400F thermostat. 1.25" full port ball type drain valve. 53"W x 29.5" D x 48.75H". Includes a one-year parts and labor warranty. Single tank or double tank model available. Optional dump stations and RES removable end shelves are also available.
