Economic HACCP compliance in cooking and cooling. An alarm sounds when the desired temperature is reached. Alarm can be set for temperature or time. Switchable between fahrenheit and celcius. Includes an adjustable back and magnet and AAA battery. Close the oven or refrigerator dooe on the 36" stainless steel, heat-resistant probe. Range is 14 to 392F/-10 to 200C. Accuracy to +/-3.5F.
