The BakeMax Spiral Mixers w/ removable bowls are designed especially for heavy dough, such as those used in Pizzas and Bagels. Long lasting stainless steel bowls can handle 160 – 320kg of dough, depending on the model. ETL, CE, QPS (SPECIAL ORDER).
